34 years of expertise in property management field, including over 24 years at Kay Management Company, 10 years as co-owner of maintenance supply company, 21 years as the managing partner of a small family-owned LLC with holdings in warehouse real estate. Proven ability to implement reengineering, and conceptualization management for operational planning and management. History of ability to identify and implement improvements in process and tools resulting in cost savings and improved quality. Possess key sales, negotiation, communication, and logistical strengths needed to drive an inventory / warehouse-based operation toward success.
